Barbarie Palmer is the Senior Director Business Development (Air and Land) for Bluedrop Training and Simulation Inc. (BTSI). Barbarie brings technical leadership knowledge and a passion for empowering the inherent abilities of people to Bluedrop. Having spent her career leading tactical and maritime helicopter support operations globally as a senior Aerospace Engineer in the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), she has a detailed appreciation of the essential contributions of diverse teams. Wayne Shaddock: Senior Director, Business Development (Naval)

Wayne Shaddock joins Bluedrop after 25 years as Naval Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN). He holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and has Project Management accreditation with experience in the HALIFAX Class Modernization program.

During his time in the Military, Wayne excelled at motivating specialized NATO and Coalition forces in international operations and improved processes, measures of success, policies, procedures and strategic planning for the RCN. More




Paula Altenburg: Marketing & Proposal Coordinator

Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) certified, Paula comes to Bluedrop with a background in aerospace and defence and over 30 years of writing experience. As an International Marketing and publications and proposal management professional, her role is to support the BTSI Business Development team from opportunity identification through to concept and proposal delivery.
